Profillic and sweet. Was a huge producer all summer. This sweet pepper is about 4" long and 2" wide. We picked when light green as we could not wait, however, turned orange when ripened more. Great on the grill, in salads, for gazpacho, just an all around great pepper. We skip bell peppers and grow these with Topepo Rosso for our sweet peppers.
